Making a Payment

Payments for donations and membership fees can be made using debit or credit cards. All our transactions are 'Pounds Sterling' (GBP) and any payments in foreign currency are automatically converted to this currency.

Credit Card Security

When a payment is made at this website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption operated by WorldPay. They are only decrypted after they reach WorldPay.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you submit to UKSA will be kept and treated as confidential and will normally only be used by UKSA for internal purposes and for communicating with you. Otherwise we will not sell, rent, lease, or give away your personal information, including email addresses, to others, except where disclosure is required by law, or you have indicated that you wish such information to be in the public domain. If at any time you require any personal information such as an email address to be removed from our records indicating that you do not wish to receive any further communication from us then we will do this upon receipt of an email from the relevant address, or some other evidence that you are the owner of the address.

Membership Fees

Membership applications are accepted based on the Articles of the Association and any adopted Bye-Laws applying at the time of application. Should the company be wound up, I/we agree to pay no more than £1 towards its debts if asked to do so.

Donations

Donations are accepted for specific campaigns on the terms and conditions that apply to those campaigns which are given on the relevant pages of our main web site. Any general donations will be applied to the objectives of the Association as specified in the Articles as we see fit.

Refund Policy Donations

Refunds for donated funds can be requested by contacting us via our administrative email: uksa@uksa.org.uk. Be sure to include all pertinent information such as, the reference number, your name, address, a phone number you may be contacted at, the amount to be refunded and the date you donated.
